I just wanted to up date a bit I fell great can't wait till this summer ..I go back to the Dr on the 4th of May for my B-12 can't wait to see how much I lost.This is about all for now..

Well today I feel great.So very glad I had this surgery.I can now get on my wedding rings and get off the floor and not have to push up on some thing LOL I can even take a shower and shave my leg's and dry off and not take a break..I know this sounds strange to some but it's a big thing if you have been so big that you had to stop to catch your breath.I'm starting to feel good about my self.

We had our first wls support group meeting there was 3 of us there it was very fun..I'm doing great still don't feel like eatin all to much.But other then that I feel great..I can feel and see the change in me.I can't wait till I go back to the Dr on the 4 of May to see how much I lost..

I got a tattoo a few day's back just love it ready for another..I been doing great last time I was at the Dr I had lost 60 lbs..I just feel so good about my self now.I need to walk more thats the only thing I have not done yet.I do feel bad about not walking more..I have been eatin good the last few day's.I will go for now make sure you go to the pictures and look at my tat..

I feel great lost 71 lbs so far.Joined curves and it's great.My legs hurt and arms but man it hurt good...I have to go get my B-12 on the 6 of June..can't wait I just love this surgery..

I'm down to 280 now WOW .... Last night I went to the movie and I fit in the set wow I was just so happy this surgery is just crazy I love it...after the movie me and hubby went out the first time we went out in years..(and men were looking at me)LOL got my hair done yesterday a NEW look it's great I love the new me.Post more later ..
